KYOTO – The beauty of contrast in German kitchen design

KYOTO is a kitchen design from the German brand LEICHT that features a spatial grid structure that contrasts with the smooth fronts. This structure comes from the clever arrangement of side panels, shelves, and horizontal solid wood handles. The effect is a soft and elegant look. The kitchen area is functional and inviting, with an island block and a shelf unit with side panels behind it in parallel.

Kitchen Design Left

The KYOTO planning principle with real wood veneer kitchen cabinets in alpine natural oak gives the fronts a consistent design. The light wood kitchen cabinet units contrast with the dark Breccia Imperiale worktop.

Kitchen Design Right

The PEARL program adds a gentle, silky shine to the handle-less unit fronts, resembling mother-of-pearl. The back of the multifunctional furniture is adorned with a natural stone wall. The kitchen area is functional and communicative, consisting of an island block and a side panel shelf unit that runs parallel behind it.
